I do not know what “AGI” stands for. This is not a common acronym in my experience. At age 37 with only 26 percent kidney function, having a child will be unlikely because of the risk to you and the baby from any pregnancy. Pregnancy with this low level of kidney function is unlikely and commonly leads to rapid deterioration in kidney function that could result in the need for dialysis sooner rather than later. This should be discussed with your physician.
