My creatinine level is 3.3 now a days and urine culture report has shown pseudomonas as bacterial infection in my urine but my health is good. I want to know about an appropriate treatment.

You should see your physician for antibiotic treatment.  Pseudomonas infection is a very resistant infection and your treatment should be based on testing for the sensitivity of this bacteria.  Hence, you will need to consult with your physician about reviewing the culture report and then prescribing the appropriate antibiotic.  The dose of the antibiotic must also be adjusted for your level of kidney function.  A dose reduction in the antibiotic is commonly necessary in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
