The creatinine level in your blood reflects your kidney function. In order to lower the creatinine level, you would have to improve your kidney function. I suggest that you consult with your physician about your kidney disease. In most cases, the goal is not to lower the serum creatinine, but rather to preserve the kidney function that you have. If you have chronic kidney disease (CKD) and have an elevated serum creatinine level, the goal should be to preserve what you have. There are no medications or treatments that will reliably lower the serum creatinine level.
