I am suffering from nephrotic syndrome with 1000mg/dl albumin in urine in routine urine, and 4.34g protien in 24hr urine test. What should its method of treatment?

The nephrotic syndrome is an excessive loss of protein into the urine.  The diagnosis of the cause of nephrotic syndrome requires a kidney biopsy.  A kidney biopsy is necessary in order to recommend appropriate treatment.  I recommend that you consult with a nephrologist about a kidney biopsy.
