I am a 68 year old White Female. My eGFR (CKD-EPI-ML/min/1.73) is 57 and I am told it is not right?? Also, my Sodium result is 148 mmol/L and Creatinine is 90 umo1/L. Must I worry about these results?

The normal for an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is greater than 60 milliliters per minute per 1.73 meters squared.  Hence, your result is mildly low.  I suggest that you also have urine testing for blood, protein and infection.  I would also suggest that you repeat this testing in 3 to 6 months to see if it is persistently low.  The serum sodium result is normal.
