My husband is 13 years post living donor kidney transplant. He fell into a depression and stopped taking his anti-rejection meds 3 years ago. He has been having IBS issues, sore muscles, weakness and his urine will be light one day and light tea color the next. I did notice his urine has had a strong odor to it but not like an ammonia odor. He has also been sweating immediately after he eats. These were really none of the signs from his previous kidney failure. Does any of this sound like transplant failure?

The symptoms that you describe are not very specific for kidney disease.  It is best that your husband have blood and urine testing for transplant kidney function.  This is the only way you will know if the kidney transplant continues to function.
