I am a 64 year old white male; 220 lb and 72 in tall. My recent labs showed creatinine of 1.35, BUN of 19, and albumin of 4.4. No protein in the urine, but a trace of blood. I do have moderate high blood pressure, but no diabetes. What is my kidney disease risk? My doctor kind of brushed it off.

You may have chronic kidney disease if these tests have been abnormal for more than 3 months.  I suggest that you visit our web site and use the information that you mention to calculate your estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR).  You can visit our web site at:  https://www.kidney.org/professionals/KDOQI/gfr_calculator
