I have stage 3 kidney disease, 76 year old male, GFR 42, creatinine 1.6. Can I safely take a baby aspirin (81 mg) on a daily basis?

Low dose aspirin, such as 82 milligrams, is safe for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), however I do suggest that you discuss this with your physician to make sure that aspirin will not interfere with any other medications that you may be taking.
