What is a safe dose of Tylenol I can take daily for my knee osteoarthritis? I am 76 year old male with stage 3 kidney disease (Creatine 1.6, GFR 42).

Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe for chronic kidney disease (CKD) as long as the dose is less than 3000 milligrams per day.  It is important to make sure that the acetaminophen does not interact with any of your other medications.  I suggest that you discuss this with your primary care physician (PCP).
