My father recently has started hemodialysis. He went into hospital with CHF exacerbation and hypoxia. Did not react to IV medication, kidneys started to fail. So now dialysis. It’s been day three, he feels the same, so tired and just no energy. When will he start feeling better? So far they have taken a total of 10 liters over the past three days.

I am unable to offer a prognosis without examining your father.  I suggest that you discuss your father’s prognosis with the physicians who are caring for your father.  It is common for new dialysis patients to take several weeks before they start to feel better.
