I am a (20 year old) combined kidney pancreas transplant with 5.9 potassium level. Should I be worried?

A normal blood potassium level is between 3.5 and 5.5 milliequivalents per liter (mEq/L).  Hence, your level is high.  I suggest you review this with your physician.
