My husband has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in Dec 2016. He has been afib since 1992. When they diagnosed CHF, they added Oasis 40 2x daily along with his warfarin and lowered his digoxin too 125 mcg. He is restricted to 40 oz of fluids daily. How does this affect his kidneys?

I am not familiar with the drug “Oasis”.  Patients with heart disease also commonly have chronic kidney disease (CKD).  The doses of his medications will need to be adjusted for his kidney function and he will have to be monitored for both his kidney disease and his heart disease.
