I am 64, have a GFR of 58, SLE and mild atherosclerosis in my abdominal aorta. Blood pressure is is good and no diabetes. What is the probablility I will advance to stage 4 or 5?

I am unable to provide a prognosis without performing a complete history and physical examination.  You should follow your doctor’s advice and maintain control of your blood pressure.  By carefully following your doctor’s orders and leading a healthy lifestyle, you may have enough kidney function to last the rest of your life.
