I have a gift of >=60 and on the bottom of my report its got V2°Gtt. What stage is it?

I will assume that you are referring to your laboratory report. I will also assume that the term “gift” is actually GFR and autocorrect.  A normal estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is greater than 60 milliliters per minute per 1.73 meters squared.  Hence the >60 that you refer to is likely normal.  I have not idea what the other term that you describe may represent.  I am unable to define a stage of kidney disease based on the information that you provide.
