I need to know the pros and cons of using the Prolia infusion twice a year while dealing with chronic kidney disease stage 3

Prolia injections are approved for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).  The most common side effect is a very low blood calcium and sometimes this can cause tetany (spasmodic muscle contractions).  I am not able to discuss specific pros and cons of treatment in a specific patient without performing a complete history and physical examination.  I suggest that you discuss this with your physician.
