I am at 27% function and am nauseated throughout the day. What can I do to combat it? It can worsen as I speak, which is affecting my job.

Nausea can be a symptom of many diseases including chronic kidney disease (CKD), gastrointestinal disease, and many other medical conditions.  I suggest that you review your symptoms with your physician.  If the symptoms are related to CKD, there may be some dietary adjustments that you could make such as decreasing the amount of protein in the diet.  You may need to consult with a dietitian as well.
