I had amputation on right leg (below knee). Having pain (cramps) mostly on right. also have P A D.. pain goes away soon i get off machine. note: pain exists when filtering is off.

I am unable to provide a specific diagnosis based on the information that you provide.  Phantom pain into lost legs is very common after amputation of the leg.  This is very difficult to treat.  I suggest that you consult with your primary care physician (PCP) or your nephrologist.  You may need to seek consultation with a pain specialist.
