My MRI results are paraspial soft tissues demonstrate partial hemorrhage left renal cyst measuring at least 7 cm. What does this mean and could it be something bad?

I am unable to make a specific diagnosis without knowing your complete history, performing a complete examination and reviewing the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results.  I suggest that you review the results with your physician or perhaps consult with a urologist.  A urologist is much more likely to have expertise regarding a hemorrhagic cyst of the kidney.  I am a nephrologist and do not commonly see such problems.
