Is there any treatment availiable for Polycystic kidney disease in stage 3 or 4? Is there any medical way to reduce cysts?

There are currently no known treatments that reduce the size of kidney cysts in patients with polycystic kidney disease.  There are drugs that are being tested to slow the rate of growth of kidney cysts, however, none of them have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  Current treatment is to maintain blood pressure control to less than 130/80, limit salt intake, encourage water intake, avoid caffeine, and maintain a healthy body weight.
