What does it mean if your egfr level is higher than your gfr level?

I am not sure what measurements that you are referring to.  The estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is a calculated value that is based on your serum creatinine.  The glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is a measurement that requires sophisticated testing such as a iothalamate clearance or 24 hour urine testing with very specific testing.  The eGFR is an estimate of the GFR.  I suggest you discuss your concerns with your primary care physician (PCP).
