I am at Stage 3 CKD and albumin/creat ratio 36.0. Urine creatinine 33.3. How often should I get a urine microalbumin? I am a 71 year old African American female, history of hypertension 140/90. Now controlled at 112/66. No diabetes. No other health problems. Diagnosed 8/2018.

I am 68 years old. My reflux needs to be treated and I am getting recommendations/orders for Omeprazole. I have the diagnosis of kidney disease stage 3. My GFR has been as low as 42. I have made changes in my diet and lost weight, stopped NSAIDS. My last GFR was ” >60. ” What is the recommended treatment for reflux? If I take omeprazole, should I have frequent labs? Would any damage to my kidneys be permanent? How quickly could the damage occur? Thank you.
