My partner is looking for a website where I can print out a list of foods for a healthy kidney? Don’t want recipes. Want to focus on raw veggies, fruits, nuts and berries. I don’t have kidney disease, but am diabetic, take insulin once a day and other meds. Have not been able to find this searching, everything but, Thank you.

My Nephrologist doesn’t recommend taking multivitamins (he says they don’t really work and the best way to get your daily vitamins is from the foods you eat). Which I do think this is true, but I’m sure I’m not getting every vitamin from the foods I eat. What is your opinion? I have taken multivitamins all my life and am concerned if they are helping or hurting my health.
