Sir, I m 30 yrs old and recently I was suffering with kidney stone both side. Now stones has been cleared but creatinine is still 1.6 and blood pressure is also 160/120. Now I m taking one tablet daily and BP is under control. Sir, please tell me what should I do for better kidney and BP.

For stone disease and chronic kidney disease (CKD), a low salt DASH diet should be followed.  You should limit sodium intake to less than 2000 milligrams per day.  This will decrease the risk of stone disease and help to control your blood pressure.  You can review the DASH diet at:  https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health-topics/dash-eating-plan

You should not smoke.  You should exercise regularly and maintain a healthy body weight.  You should avoid the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID’s) such as Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, Aleve, and Naproxen.  You should drink water to keep your urine light yellow in color.

If you do all of these things, then you are doing what you can to limit progression of your CKD.
