I am female & 29 years old. I have a small calculi measuring 1.2 cm in lower pole of left kidny. And a cyst 1.6 cms at the mid pole of right kidney. Please advice me if these can be remove with the help if medicine or it needs to be operated?

The problem that you describe is a urological problem and must be addressed to a urologist.  I am a nephrologist and do not perform surgery.  You should consult with a urologist about the problems that you describe.
